Catherine Gasparini (B.A Hons Law; PgD Human Resource Management; MBA Legal Practice; CMCIPD) has worked within the legal profession for nearly 25 years starting initially in legal recruitment but then moving into practice management with a particular interest in HR.

Supporting her practical experience is an MBA in Legal Practice taken at Nottingham Law School which is the only MBA in the UK designed specifically for the management of law firms.

The combination of her academic study and her practical experience provides her with a sound understanding of the legal profession’s unique culture and how current changes to the structure of the profession are impacting on the way firms need to be run. Her ambition in setting up Gasparini Consulting is to provide pragmatic, cost effective services that will support Partners as they deal with the challenges that face their businesses.
