About the SRA Deadline?
Under the new Outcomes Focussed Regulation all firms have to appoint a Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and a Compliance Officer for Finance & Administration. You have until 31st March 2012 to submit your application for these roles to the SRA so if you have not already done it, now is the time to think about the responsibilities involved and who has the time and necessary skills to take on the job or jobs.
