Did You Know?

SRA OFR & Code of Conduct

The new Code represents not just a new set of professional rules but a whole new approach to regulation. The SRA has warned against firms treating the Code and the Indicative Behaviours as tick box regulation. Its' implications are much wider and firms have to adopt a risk based approach to managing their firms.  Contact us if you would like to discuss how the new Code affects your firm or to book our 2 hour training course which provides an overview of the topic.
