A well presented and easily accessible bible of your firm’s policies and procedures can be a vital part of setting out your firm’s standards of performance and behaviour; it can be used as an important training tool, it lays out clear employment guidelines for staff and managers and, importantly for audit purposes, it demonstrates your fulfillment of required compliance standards.
